Halloween Big Greek Salad

Salad:

• 1 head of Romaine Lettuce
• 1 Block of Feta Cheese or Feta Cheese Crumbles
• 1 Orange Pepper, sliced
• 1 White Onion, Sliced
• 1 Green Pepper Sliced
• 10-15 Black Olives, sliced
• 1-2 Tomatoes, sliced

Dressing:
• 1 tbsp. oregano
• 1 tsp. parsley
• 5 tbsp. olive oil
• 2 to 3 tsp. vinegar
• Garlic powder or 2 cloves of minced garlic
• Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:

Mix salad ingredients in a bowl. Mix dressing ingredients and toss
into salad.
